All suites are newly renovated and include in-floor radiant heat with individual climate controls, hydro, water, safety call bell system, fire alarm, sprinkler and smoke detector. Shaw Classic Cable is $35 per month (optional). Telephone is arranged by the resident or family. Free wifi.

Westminster House offers the following suites:

• 34 Bed-sitting single suites in our Complex Care Unit.  Approximately 225 sq ft
  $950 per month PLUS SERVICE FEE

• 18 Studio suites include kitchenette, walk-in shower and balcony.  Approximately 350 sq ft
  $1,200 per month PLUS SERVICE FEE

• 56 1 BR suites include kitchenette, walk-in shower and balcony if not on main floor. Approximately 475 sq ft
  $1,450 per month PLUS SERVICE FEE

• 9 large 1 BR suites and small and large 2 BR suites for couples include kitchenette, walk-in shower and balcony.  624 sq feet – 969 sq ft
  $1,850 - $2,250 per month PLUS SERVICE FEE
